You'd be surprised to know that Shamrock is behind many successful businesses in Hong Kong, supplying baked goods, salads and sandwiches to restaurants and cafes, lunches to several schools, and full catering services for many residential clubhouses and other venues.
Crunch Ltd, a Western-style bakery service for the catering industry was established in 2005. In the years that followed, the company won contracts to supply one of Hong Kong’s leading independent cafés and a leading wellness café with packed meals, salads, sandwiches and baked products, etc. Today Shamrock supplies cafés, restaurants, clubhouses and hotels with a range of services.
Also in 2005, Shamrock won contracts to operate food kiosks at Quarry Bay International School and Christian Alliance International School.
Facilities
Our fully licensed, 6,000 sq ft catering facility has the capacity to manufacture 40,000 pre-packed lunches and meals monthly. All operating procedures comply with and in some cases exceed the requirements laid down by the Food & Environmental Hygiene Department.
Staff
- Over 70 years management experience in the catering industry shared between the Managing Director, Executive Chef and Event & Catering Manager.
- 20 staff, all of whom have attended the Food & Environmental Hygiene Department courses as required by the Government.
