- 15 years experience catering for all occasions in Hong Kong.
- Over 70 years management experience in the catering industry shared between the Managing Director, Executive Chef and Event & Catering Manager.
- 20 staff, all of whom have attended the Food & Environmental Hygiene Department courses as required by the Government.
- 6,000 sq ft purpose-built, licenced catering facility with the capacity to manufacture 40,000 pre-packed lunches and meals monthly. All operating procedures comply with Food & Environmental Hygiene Department guidelines.
- 3,000 sq ft warehousing facility for storing our own banqueting tables and chairs, serving equipment, marquees, and enough cutlery and glass- and tableware to cater for events of up to 1,000 people — all part of our equipment rental service.
- 8,000 sq ft Southside catered venue for hire with spectacular seaviews.
