1994 — Satisfying the office workers
Shamrock Sandwich Company was established by founder Mark Dineley, delivering quality sandwiches to hungry office workers. Over 1 million sandwiches sold to date.

1997 — Formalities
With 25 members of staff and a delivery network of over 300 offices daily, the company was formalised as Branston Assets Ltd.

2002 — Branching out
Building from its fan base of satisfied office workers, Shamrock began catering for parties and events. Today the company has a reputation as the caterer for all occasions; we cater for corporate or leisure, indoors or out. We cater for tram parties, junk trips, weddings, christenings, board meetings, expos, shows and sporting events, to name a few.

Crunch Ltd, a Western-style bakery service for the catering industry was established. In the years that followed, the companywon contracts to supply one of Hong Kong’s leading independent cafés and a leading wellness café with packed meals, salads,sandwiches and baked products, etc. Today Shamrock supplies cafés, restaurants, clubhouses and hotels with a range of services.

2005 Back to school
Shamrock Catering Group wins contracts to operate food kiosks at Quarry Bay International School and Christian Alliance International School.

2006 Kids to canapés
With its strong base in general catering, Shamrock began to provide niche catering services.

2008 A venue for all occasions
The Shamrock Catering Group took over the management, catering and marketing for The Rocks, a spacious Southside facility with a 2,000 sq ft indoors venue with balcony and a 6,000 sq ft rooftop terrace.

2009 All Aboard with Saffron cruises. Shamrock catering group became the exclusive caterer to Hong Kongs leading boat charter company providing caterer to all its private and corporate clients

2010 Shamrock continues to grow with the opening of its café at one of Hong Kongs leading International schools providing a wide range of cooked lunches , snacks and bakery items for Parents, Students and Teachers. Shamrock Catering Group was awarded the contract for the inaguaral Red Bull Flug Tag event catering to over 400 V.I.Ps and over 30,000 for the general pulic.

2011 Shamrock strikes again and is awarded the catering contract for all V.I.P catering and public food kiosks for the inaugural Air Asia beach fives rugby tournament at repulse bay . The event was attended by more than 5,000 visitors over the weekend.

2011 Shamrock catering continues to diversify with its staff meal box delivery service providing both onsite and delivery programs to large companies and staff canteens.

For kids Shamrock organises bang up bashes, with clowns, entertainers, bouncy castles and specialty equipment such as cotton candy machines and chocolate fountains.

For adults, Shamrock established Spoon Premium Catering to meet the growing demand for high end catering services for both corporate events and for leisure.

Catering for the stars
Shamrock hits the big time with the big names, catering for international artists, big brand fashion shows and some of Hong Kong premier sporting events including the Cricket 6s and Dragon Boat events.
